Marketing and Business Executive
Job Roles & Responsibility:

- Establish and continuously develop long-term relationship and close partnership with clients to drive long-term business growth along with business strategies and fulfill business targets
- Conduct market research and analysis on competitors and related healthcare services, as well as keep abreast of the latest market trend
- Develop and implement business development strategy and continuously monitor the process to ensure the business goals are met
- Work closely with internal and external partners for ensuring the processes of projects are running smoothly
- Assist in reviewing and streamlining the business processes to enhance overall efficiency
- Provide the business initiatives for business growth
Requirement:
• Degree holder in insurance, business administration, economics or related disciplines
• At least 1 years or above related experience in business development or insurance market, with good understanding of life insurance industry of Hong Kong and China
• Experience in corporate business development, cross-border business development and partnership management is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in mandarin is advantage
