IT Support Executive

Job Role & Responsibility: 


•    Monitor company computer system, install and configure hardware and software
•    As the 1st person to provide end-user support for offices and clinics in a timely manner
•    Regular check of phone system, CCTV system, networking platform, M365, Windows AD, Virtualization and Azure cloud management
•    Provide relevant training to new users
•    Keep full and accurate record of all incidents handled and maintain IT assets inventory


Requirement: 


•    Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
•    2 years of experience in IT service desk support
•    Experience to support for various locations, out of office work is required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft platform, Window Active Directory, M365 and other related technologies
•    Advantage to have qualifications such as CCNA or MCSE
•    Good at problem-solving, proactive and helpful
•    Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
•    Immediate available is highly preferred
